Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using PrimeLux Padel's website, mobile application, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue the use of our services.

2. User Account

Users are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information.

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials.

  • Ensuring all activities under their account are authorized.

PrimeLux reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Court Booking

Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after successful payment.

Court Usage

Users must:

  • Arrive on time.

  • Use the court responsibly.

  • Follow venue regulations and staff instructions.

Late Arrival

Late arrivals do not extend the booked playing time.

The booking will automatically end according to the reserved schedule.

4. Booking Modification

Users may reschedule a booking up to:

24 hours before the scheduled playing time (H-24).

Requests submitted less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may not be eligible for modification.

Availability of alternative schedules is subject to court availability.

5. Cancellation Policy

Confirmed bookings are non-cancellable.

In exceptional circumstances, PrimeLux may offer rescheduling options at its sole discretion.

6. Open Match Participation

By joining an Open Match:

  • Users agree to play fairly and respectfully.

  • Users acknowledge that participant skill levels may vary.

  • PrimeLux does not guarantee competitive balance among participants.

PrimeLux reserves the right to remove participants who engage in inappropriate conduct.

7. Private Match

The creator of a Private Match is responsible for:

  • Managing invitations.

  • Communicating with invited participants.

  • Ensuring participant attendance.

PrimeLux is not responsible for disputes between participants.

8. Coaching & Training Programs

Enrollment

Enrollment is confirmed upon successful payment.

Attendance

Participants are responsible for attending scheduled sessions.

Coach Assignment

PrimeLux reserves the right to replace coaches when necessary due to operational requirements.

Program Changes

Schedules, coaches, or venues may be adjusted with prior notice.

9. Membership

Membership benefits are subject to the membership package purchased.

Benefits may include:

  • Priority booking access

  • Special pricing

  • Promotional offers

  • Exclusive events

Membership benefits are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

10. Restaurant Reservations

Restaurant reservations are subject to:

  • Table availability

  • Venue policies

  • Reservation time limits

PrimeLux reserves the right to release tables if guests do not arrive within the designated grace period.

11. Payments

All payments must be completed through approved payment channels.

Accepted methods may include:

  • Credit Card

  • Debit Card

  • Virtual Account

  • Bank Transfer

  • E-Wallet

  • QRIS

Prices displayed are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise specified.

12. Service Charges & Taxes

Bookings may be subject to:

  • Service Charges

  • Platform Fees

  • Applicable Government Taxes

These charges will be displayed before payment confirmation.

13. Refund Policy

Refunds may only be provided under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payments

  • System errors

  • Venue-initiated cancellations

Approved refunds will be processed according to the payment provider's policies and timelines.

14. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Damage venue property.

  • Engage in abusive behavior.

  • Harass other players, coaches, or staff.

  • Use the platform for unlawful activities.

  • Share misleading or fraudulent information.

Violations may result in account suspension or permanent termination.

15. Venue Rules

All users must comply with venue-specific regulations, including:

  • Dress code requirements.

  • Safety instructions.

  • Equipment usage policies.

  • Facility operating procedures.

Failure to comply may result in denied access without compensation.

16. Limitation of Liability

Participation in sports activities carries inherent risks.

Users acknowledge and accept these risks.

PrimeLux shall not be liable for:

  • Personal injury.

  • Loss of personal belongings.

  • Accidents occurring during participation.

  • Service interruptions caused by force majeure events.

17. Force Majeure

PrimeLux shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, or service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Utility outages

  • Public emergencies

  • Severe weather conditions

18. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and materials available on the platform remain the property of PrimeLux or its licensors.

Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

19. Changes to Terms

PrimeLux reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

20. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia.
